Shipping

• Order processing: within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Carriers: India Post Speed Post or a reputable private courier.

• Delivery time: we aim to deliver within 72 hours anywhere in India. Remote locations may occasionally take a bit longer due to carrier serviceability.

• Tracking: tracking link is shared via email/WhatsApp as soon as we ship.

• Address changes: if you entered a wrong address, message us within 1 hour of placing the order.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are food or personal-care items, we do not accept returns for opened/used items. We will happily replace or credit if:

1. the parcel arrives damaged/leaking,

2. you received the wrong item, or

3. the item is past its best-before on arrival.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/video of the parcel.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Before dispatch: cancel anytime; we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• After dispatch: cancellation isn’t possible; please refuse delivery if you’ve spoken to us and we’ve approved it.
