Why This
Ritual Exists

Modern lifestyles often involve irregular eating patterns, stress, processed foods and sedentary habits. Traditional Indian households have long relied on simple daily digestive rituals using warming spices and natural ingredients to support digestive comfort and overall wellbeing.

The RareEarth Gut Harmony Ritual combines three traditional digestive ingredients that have been used in Indian kitchens for generations.

The Ingredient Story

RareEarth Kadha 150g
Hunsur Ginger 60%

Fresh ginger is harvested from the fertile farms of Hunsur, Karnataka. The ginger is naturally sun dried and then stone pounded by hand to preserve its traditional character and aroma.

Premium Cumin 20%

Freshly sourced cumin seeds are carefully selected, traditionally dried and stone ground to create a warm, aromatic digestive spice blend.

Premium Ajwain 20%

Ajwain has been valued in traditional Indian households for generations. Freshly sourced ajwain seeds are stone ground and blended carefully to create a balanced digestive ritual.

Raw Forest Honey

Sourced from the forests of Kodagu and the Nilgiris, RareEarth Raw Forest Honey retains its natural aroma, taste and character, making it the perfect companion to traditional wellness rituals.
