I have always believed that what a woman does inside a home is not “small work.” It is leadership, resilience, planning, sacrifice, and love — all at once.

I’m Pratibha, founder of RareEarth Wellness, and a mother of teenagers myself. Over the last four years, I travelled across South India and met more than sixty families who have preserved traditional herbal wisdom for generations.

Together, we created simple wellness products inspired by everyday Indian rituals — handcrafted honeys, herbal oils, and mindful daily-use products designed to help families move toward cleaner and gentler habits.
